A simple, personalised application process.
Our application process is made to be as straightforward and welcoming as the support we offer. We recognise that the idea of applying for assistance can feel daunting-especially when it involves complex forms. That is why we have developed a process that is personal, direct and tailored to each individual application.
No Online Forms: We deliberately avoid online applications. We believe that a personal conversation is the best way to start your application with us, ensuring that you feel heard and understood from the start.
Direct Contact: The first step to support begins with a simple conversation. Contact us by phone or if you prefer pop into our office, complete the initial application form. Once received our staff will arrange a visit to your home, if possible, (or you can pop into the office) just to have a friendly chat and to put you at ease whilst we complete a second form.

A Lens on the World
“I have been a professional photographer since 1986, driven by a passion for the world’s wild places.
My work focuses on the intersection of science, nature, and the environment, a journey that has taken me on assignments from the vast, icy landscapes of the Antarctic to the quiet beauty of my home in Northumberland. Through my lens, I aim to capture not just the image, but the story and science behind the scenery.
I am proud to be represented by the Science Photo Library and hope my work inspires a deeper appreciation for our planet.”
